EMU Architecture Department Organized an Honor and High Honor Certificate Awarding Ceremony

The Architecture Department of Eastern Mediterranean University's Architecture Faculty organized an honor and high honor certificate ceremony for successful students who demonstrated outstanding performance during 2018-2019 Spring Semester. University administrators, academics, and students showed great interest in the event which took place at St. Peter and St. Paul Church (Buğday Camii) in Famagusta's Walled City at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday 5 December 2019.

The cocktail and music performance, included in the event, provided the participants with pleasant moments by creating a welcoming atmosphere. Chair of the Architecture Department, Prof. Dr. Resmiye Alpar Atun, delivered the opening address by congratulating the honor students and wishing them continued success. After the opening speeches, Dean of the Faculty of Architecture, Prof. Dr. Uğur Ulaş Dağlı, extended her best wishes to the honor students for their successful academic and professional life. Prof. Dr. Dağlı also expressed that the students are privileged to be in a department that has international accreditations, recognitions, and memberships.

Following the talks, certificates of success were presented to approximately 60 honor and high honor students. The event concluded with a group photo.
