On Friday, 17th of January 2025, the Department of Architecture held its 2nd annual Research Day. The event was a wonderful occasion to meet and exchange research work, ideas, and experiences between our academic staff, international academicians and young researchers. The keynote speeches were held by Prof. Dr. Ali Hakan Ulusoy, the Director of the Institute of Graduate Studies and Research at EMU, Prof. Dr. Islam Elghonaimy, College of Engineering, University of Bahrain and
Assoc. Prof. Dr. Dalia Hussein Mohamed Eldardiry, College of Design, Imam Abdulrahman Bin Faisal University, Saudi Arabia.
We sincerely thank our keynote speakers and presenters for delivering valuable contributions and sharing their research and knowledge with the Department of Architecture staff, Postgraduate students and young researchers. We hope to see you all at our 3rd Annual Research Day next year.
