After graduating from EMU Department of Architecture, he completed his master's degree at Architectural Association, School of Architecture, one of the most prominent schools in postgraduate architectural education in the UK, and then had a successful career path at Zaha Hadid Architects, one of the world's leading architectural firms. Tariq Khayyat has given a very valuable seminar, named as 'Zaha Hadid Architects - The Legacy & The Future', on the architectural pathawy of the world famous architect Zaha Hadid and the way the company has followed after her death.

Tariq Khayyat, has organized workshops on Thursday, March 2, under the name of 'Architectural Design Workshop', with groups of 25 students, both in the morning and afternoon sessions. The undergraduate and graduate students of the Department of Architecture, who participated in these activities, have had the opportunity to discuss with Tariq Khayyat about many current approaches and developments in the field of architecture.
